The spooning in legumes, tannins in tea, oxalic acid of some vegetables or avid in, the egg are essential in the food that contains them are beneficial but not when they are ingested. Low calorie recipes: turkey fillets with cheese

low-calorieThis recipe for turkey with cheese steaks could also include in the Christmas dinner, accompanied by a salad to make a food more thoroughly for your guests.

This recipe provides 275 calories and only bring it to 4 people. It’s easy and quick to make (it is a recipe for microwave) to make and is a great way to spice up the turkey meat to sometimes be a little dry, but it is a very low fat meat, and is well prepared very rich.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of turkey
  • 2 teaspoons white mustard
  • 45 gr. grated Gruyere cheese
  • 10 gr. butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon


Preparation

- Place the fillets in a microwave source. Season with salt, Utahan with mustard, butter and top with Gruyere cheese.

- Enter the source in the microwave and let cook for 8 minutes.

- After the firing, according to program the microwave grill and let the fillets a couple of minutes.

- That’s all. Give them a little lemon juice and ready to serve.

It is important that the turkey fillets are consumed when cooled hot because they lose much of its flavor.

Uric acid and food
