Homemade recipe for whitening underarms, elbows and knees
Are you bothered by these dark areas on your skin? Well ... the truth is that most people can have darker skin in the underarm area, elbows or knees as if they were soiled or stained. All this can be for several reasons, including inappropriate use of our deodorant, since most of these contain alcohol.
Another reason is the use of the razor blade, we know that it is much easier and faster to use when we need to shave our armpits, but if you do all or most days you should be aware that the consequence will be: armpits stained.
On the other hand, knees and elbows may darken because they almost always are supporting them,mostly with our elbows.
What we do is to exfoliate well these body parts every time we wash with a sponge and a good scrub.
But if you already have the armpits, elbows or knees dark there a home remedy that is super effective, natural, and is applicable to any of the 3 parts mentioned above.
What you do is:
Fill half a small glass of lemon juice, which are necessary to fill half the glass.
Then you take a teaspoon of sugar to the glass well filled.
While this combination moves.
Get cotton pieces large enough to cover the area you want to clarify.
Dip cotton in the mixture of lemon and sugar.
Place in the knees, elbows, armpits for 15 minutes.
Finally, remove the cotton last 15 minutes and dry your skin.
Do not forget that this mixture should be applied only at night, because if you do during the day and you go out in the sun can cause your skin to burn the mixture. You should also rinse your skin with running water in the mornings, so that the mixture to take effect overnight.
