This is primarily important because no one is immune to this disease. However, some changes in our lifestyle, in addition to breast self newspapers, could reduce risk factors for developing breast cancer. The first is to reduce alcohol consumption, as has been shown that there is a direct relationship between alcohol consumption and breast cancer. According to some medical studies in women whose alcohol consumption is minimal (or completely invalid), the folic acid-nutrient found in citrus fruits and some vegetables, reduces the risk of developing breast cancer. Wear appropriate body weight and constant also helps reduce risk factors. One example is

the relationship with obesity, especially in overweight livestock during and after menopause, and this is mainly due to the connection between estrogen levels that abound in the excess adipose tissue and cancer, because by nature the bust has to deal with fat tissue. Daily physical activity such as walking should be a habit in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This will help maintain ideal weight which will reduce the risk of contracting the disease. Doctors recommend an average of 30 minutes daily at least 5 days a week. Finally, we must reduce the amount of saturated fat we eat. While it is difficult to disregard the fries with mayonnaise or hamburgers, we can reduce them by limiting them to once per month or, if you have willpower, remove them from your diet completely. Ideally, specialists say, is getting fat intake accounted for 35% of calories in the daily diet, especially if they are saturated. Preferably change the saturated fat by unsaturated and eat them raw in salads ie.
