Spots on the face, causes and solutions

The spots on the skin of the face are a cosmetic problem very common in women. These brown spots on the face are the result of hyper pigmentation in areas like the cheeks, forehead, above the upper lip and chin. They can be caused by pregnancy, contraceptive pills, hormonal imbalances, treatment with estrogen, liver or sun for taking over. Such spots are called melasma or chloasma are brownish and occupy large areas. It should be especially careful in the sun as it not only darkens more, it also makes it more difficult to remove.
