Acne diet
A popular myth has put the cross to chocolates, butter, potato chips, and all fatty foods, sugar and milk until the excess. But there really is no scientific evidence to show that it foods that cause acne eruptions.
However, junk food can make the outbreaks because that encourage increased production of fat. Therefore, nothing better than eating a balanced diet to help control levels of cholesterol and fat throughout the body.
