Foods to combat high uric acid
The high uric acid is one of the biggest problems related to food today. Many people suffer from an unbalanced diet rich in animal foods and processed foods contain this type of acid.

The uric acid is formed naturally in the body, specifically in the liver from purine-rich foods such as meat, fish and seafood.
