The relaxing anti-aging
Not long ago, what was considered a popular belief became a fact scientifically confirmed is that we grow old with an accelerated life and stress.
It was found that the stress caused by tension, a life full of worries and the constant day to day at work has a direct relationship with cellular decay, in other words, the more concerned we mind our body becomes older .
Due to a stressful existence you get a negative impact on telomeres, which are some sections of DNA at the ends of chromosomes, the same that determine the wear and premature aging of our cells. This cause’s cell turnover is contained, since telomeres are unstable.
What we see from that iswhat we all know as aging, ie, weakening of muscles and senses, appearance of wrinkles, functional deficiencies, reduced mental and motor skills, etc..
Studies indicate that the way we reach old age will depend on a 25% genetic and 75 percent of the quality of life we have.
It concerns us that different lifestyles are going to determine how they got old, where to get the best possible is essential, adequate nutrition with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, but also a life of exercise, orderly and avoiding everything that unleash negative emotional states.
Let us remember that when we have a calm life without, this will lead inevitably to a weakness in our immune system, thereby securing accelerate our aging.
Remember this every time and look for special times of the day in which to depart around for a couple of hours, and where peace, quiet and tranquility are the main hosts.
