Tips for Acne: day care plan

skincare1How to prevent acne outbreaks through a day care scheme Acne can become a nuisance to anyone, at any time. Over 85% of people experience acne at some stage of life. As with many other health issues, most people wait until the acne has erupted in their faces to start some kind of treatment. Although this approach usually works to treat acne, does nothing to prevent its development and does not prevent scar formation. The best way to stop acne and minimize consequential marks is to prevent it before it has the opportunity to speak. At the moment there is no cure for acne. However, there are several treatments and preventive measures can be taken to stop acne

before it starts. Start by taking a good basic cleansing routine. Although acne is not caused by lack of oxygen, it is important to use a cleaning pad and other materials that help exfoliate. Why? Because although it sounds strange, skin cells collaborate with acne. So you should make thoroughly cleaned twice daily, and make sure to always be away from oil based moisturizers. After cleansing your face, use a solution of salicylic acid 2%, either in liquid-to-apply with cotton wool or pads. Salicylic acid works by removing excess skin cells that can clog pores and cause acne to develop. If you do this daily, the number of outbreaks of acne will drop significantly. If that salicylic acid does not work, try a solution of benzoyl peroxide 5%. Any strength that exceeds 5% lead, usually in excess dryness. About 5% is sufficient to prevent acne, but not so hard to irritate the skin. A herbal alternative to benzoyl peroxide is the tea tree oil, whose effectiveness has been clinically-proven-as effective as before. The advantage of this is that it produces far less irritation. Finally, use an oil-free sunscreen before going outside. This is very important because sunlight can damage and irritate your skin. Once the skin is injured, it increases the chances of acne outbreaks. The most important part of this scheme is to repeat the steps every day, whether that acne is or is not present. By exfoliating, using salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, and protecting the skin with a sunscreen, you will stop acne before you started. There are also alternative therapies that can be used to prevent acne. Prescription medications such as Accutane or Retin-A, work efficiently in preventing acne. The Retin-A, in particular, have few side effects and, moreover, will help reduce the small marks and wrinkles. The downside is that the skin be more sensitive to sunlight, so use a sunscreen is a must. Also, avoid sunlight as much as possible is a sensible measure, though it is now recommended for all people equally. The Alpha-hydroxy acid peels can also be used to prevent acne. By applying glycolic acid on the face, are shed abundantly the upper layers of the skin, allowing the emergence of new strata. This form of acne prevention should be prescribed by a dermatologist, since an excess of glycolic acid can cause skin damage. Many of these also serve as preventive treatments of acne. The problem is that many people fail to be treated once the acne has disappeared. And the best way to prevent and avoid making marks is a daily regimen of exfoliation, medication and protection at all times. Thus, the evidence and manifestations of acne on the face will be minimal.
