Treat your hands with a natural treatment
The hands that work must be well cared for, and what better way to do that with natural products in a home preparation. Your hands will remain as new.
Formula
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon each of the following plants fresh (or 1 ½ if they are dry):
Chamomile flowers
Elderberry
Lavender flowers
Rose petals
Rosemary leaves
Scented geranium leaves
Thyme leaves
3 tablespoons cocoa butter
1 tablespoon beeswax
1 tablespoon aloe Vera gel
1 capsule of Vitamin E 400 IU
Preparation
Make sure all utensils are clean before you start.
Sanitize equipment with hot water and allow drying.
Mix the herbs in a cup of coffee.
Heat olive oil in a measuring cup for 1 minute and a half in the microwave at full power, then pour the oil over theherbs, cover with a plate and allow the herbs to soak for 10 minutes.
Strain through fine mesh strainer into the measuring cup.
Remove the liquid by gently pushing the plants with the back of a spoon, or placing the material into a bag and pressing to remove fluid.
Add cocoa butter and mix - using tools like a stick - until the cocoa butter is dissolved.
Use a sharp knife to carefully slice the beeswax into thin slices, add them to the liquid, and stir until melted.
If not melt quickly, put the cup in the microwave and heat content at high power and at intervals of 20 seconds until the wax liquefy.
Add the aloe Vera gel and stir to mix.
Prick the capsule of vitamin E, spilling its contents into the liquid and stir. Place the liquid into sterilized containers, the size of a plastic bottle or bottles of cream.
Let stand this preparation until firm consistency and cooled, close the lids of the jars, label.
Discard any allergies, and then apply the treatment on their elbows, knees and feet as well as their hands.
How do I know if I'm allergic?
If you have a history of allergy or contact dermatitis, consult your doctor.
Otherwise, a simple test can be done: spread a small amount on the inside of your arm, cover with a bandage or gauze strengths and leave overnight.
If the next day you run into any skin reaction, do not use and from then on keep in mind that you may have allergic reactions.
